Transit & Ports Impacted

As we approach the holidays and the end of this year, we need to inform you that Exus Shutters, like all other import companies of all products, is experiencing port and transportation delays with our containers.

The ocean vessels are full, the ports are full, and the rail lines from the west coast are full. This is causing delays. These delays are not significant yet, but we are experiencing some orders arriving after the ETA that is posted.

The bright spot in this, is that our factory continues to produce our shutters in a very short time frame and the containers continue to leave as scheduled or before scheduled.

Please be patient while the transportation / logistics unwinds.
