Surcharge Increase

As you may be aware, Exus Shutters along with every other import window covering competitor and importer in general, is experiencing delays along the entire supply chain. Container availability, space on ocean ships, and delays at all ports in the United States is causing disruption with our ability to serve you needs as well as we have in the past and as well as we would like to. We apologize and hope you understand that we are doing all that we can to minimize these delays.

In addition to the delays that we're experiencing, the costs that are associated with international shipping have escalated at an alarming rate. The cost to secure and ship a container has more than tripled since the beginning of this year.

With this, Exus regretfully will need to make small adjustments to some of our surcharge items.

This pricing change will go into effect with all new orders placed as of May 22, 2021. You will need to have deposits placed on any existing quotes that you may have in our system before this date as well. Deposits authorized after this date for orders and quotes previously entered will revert to the surcharge pricing listed above.
