A warm welcome to all of the new HOUSTON AREA TURNKEY dealers!
As the interest in Exus's Houston Area turnkey program grows, we wanted to provide you a quick run-down of our ordering process:
- We have assigned a dedicated Houston turnkey coordinator to help in expediting and managing all Houston Area turnkey requests. Please send your measure requests to tannerc@exusshutters.com. Please note that turnkey service is available for a fee and for sold orders only. The Exus measure request is available online at ExusShutters.com under the dealer forms and info tab. Fill this form out completely and email it in.
- You will be informed via email when the measure is scheduled and when the measure has been completed.
- Exus will enter the information promptly and send you a detailed quotation.
- With your deposit approval, the order will be sent to our factory for drawings, or production depending on the order.
- When the order arrives in our Houston warehouse, you will receive an email notification and all of the relevant documents will be given to our installation team to schedule the install. You will be notified of this installation schedule once it is set.
- Upon completion of the install, you will receive an “installer sign off sheet” indicating that the install is complete and the consumer has signed for the product.
- If there are any discrepancies, they will be noted on this form.
