Dear Beloved Exus Dealers,
It's almost that time of the year again. To help you better plan your shutter order placements we have determined this year's holiday cutoff dates:
- Orders placed with Exus on or before October 5th will have an ETA to our Dallas facility of 11/13/2018.
- Orders placed with Exus on or before November 2nd will have an ETA to our Dallas facility of 12/12/2018.
Ask for Exus, Expect no Less.

Important Notes:
- Cutoff dates listed are for standard paint selections and are for standard, or arch top shutters. Other colors and other special shapes will require additional time for manufacturing and painting.
- Orders must be entered, approved, and deposits placed and posted on or before the cutoff dates listed above.
- Drawings (if required) must be approved a minimum of 1 day prior to the cutoff date.
Exus does not guarantee delivery of orders placed by the cutoff dates listed. Exus will not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, or monetary damages as a result of orders not being received by the ETA dates listed. Exus will not be responsible for any delays caused by shipping delays, freight delays, ocean cargo delays, dock delays, or local transportation delays.
