Chinese New Year Factory Cutoff Dates

We are fast approaching the cutoff dates for placing orders to ship before the Chinese New Year starts for all factories and businesses in all of China. We are fortunate that the holiday this year will last only from January 25^th until February 6^th. 

Please note the following cutoff deadlines for orders to be ready to ship before the factory closes:

• All orders for standard shape shutters, standard paint colors will need to be entered, deposits placed, drawings received and approved, and any and all Exus or factory questions answered on or before Tuesday, January 11^th, 2022.
• All orders for arch top, french door, track system shutters, custom paint or stain, specialty shapes and stained shutters must be entered, deposits placed, drawings received and approved, strike off for custom color approved, and any and all Exus or factory questions answered before Friday, January 7^th. 

This year, we have a VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: The factory has committed to finishing all orders in accordance with the cut off dates explained above, but we cannot guarantee that there will be container or ship space available for these orders. We have been fortunate in this regard for the last several months and will do all that we can to get these orders on the water, but there is no promise being made. 

Any order that cannot be loaded will resume in sequence after the factories and transportation companies resume normal operations following the Chinese New Year.
