Chinese New Year Cutoff Dates 2021

Dear Valued Customer,

We're giving as much notice as possible for the Chinese New Year Schedule.

• Our factory will be closed February 07, 2021 – February 18, 2021
• The last container will ship from our factory on or about February 5th, 2021.

What this means is that Exus Shutters will be able to accept orders for standard shape and standard paint color shutter orders up to the cutoff order date of January 15, 2021.

The cutoff order date for special shapes and finishes including Arch at Top, French Door, Specialty Shape, Bypass or Bi-fold track, all Stained Shutters and Ideal Tilt shutters will be January 8, 2021.

To qualify, orders must be entered, deposit received and posted, drawings approved, all factory questions answered, color approved if necessary on or prior to that date.  If any of the conditions listed are not met, the order will likely not ship prior to the factory closing and will ship following the reopening of the factory. Set your reminders, mark your calendars.

Once the factory re-opens, all orders that have accumulated will be processed on a first-in-first-out basis.

Exus does not guarantee delivery of orders placed by the cutoff dates listed. Exus will not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, or monetary damages as a result of orders not being received by the ETA dates listed. Exus will not be responsible for any delays caused by shipping delays, freight delays, ocean cargo delays, dock delays, or local transportation delays.
