Chinese New Year Cut-Off Dates

The Exus Team would like to wish each of you a very Happy New Year!

Once again, thank you for the trust you have placed in us to handle and process all of your shutter orders. We are truly appreciative.  January 18^th, 2019 will be a very important date. Please read the notification below.

Chinese New Year Preparation:

It is not too early to begin preparing for the annual factory closing in observance of Chinese New Year.

As you may know, this is the most celebrated holiday in the country of China and most Asian Countries. All factories and most businesses close to allow their employees to travel and reunite with family and friends that are sometimes hundreds of miles from their workplaces.  It is a time for celebrating the Lunar New Year with family gatherings and much festivity throughout the country.

Regular Order Cut-Off

In observance of this, Exus Shutters will accept orders through January 18^th, 2019 and will ship from our factory prior to its closing. Accepted orders will include orders for standard and arch shutters in standard paint finishes only. All of these orders must be entered, approved, deposits placed, drawings approved, and all factory questions answered no later than the close of business on January 18^th in order to ship prior to the closing on January 29^th.

Special Order Cut-Off

Other specialty shapes, Ideal Tilt, stain finishes, and custom colors will require additional time and these orders must be entered, approved, deposits placed, drawings approved, color approved, and all factory questions answered no later than the close of business on January 11^th in order to ship prior to the closing on January 29^th.

After Cut-Off Orders

All orders placed after the cutoff dates above will be processed in sequence beginning on February 11^th when the factory reopens.
