Chinese New Year 2020 Cut-Off Dates

Our factory will close from January 19^th, 2020 until January 29^th. The return date is January 30^th. This is an abbreviated closing this year as we strive to keep our orders on track and on time.

Cut-Off Dates

Orders that meet the following cut-off criteria will leave the factory prior to the beginning of the holiday (January 19^th, 2020). All orders approved after will be processed when the factory re-opens, in the order they're received. 

• All regular shape shutters in standard paint finishes: December 31^st, noon cutoff*
• All special shutters (includes arch top, French door shutters, stain, custom paint, track system, ideal tilt): December 24^th, noon cutoff* *Cutoff means order entered, deposit received, all entry questions answered and accepted, drawings approved and order completely ready for production. †Exus does not guarantee delivery of orders placed by the cutoff dates listed. Exus will not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, or monetary damages as a result of orders not being received by the ETA dates listed. Exus will not be responsible for any delays caused by shipping delays, freight delays, ocean cargo delays, dock delays, or local transportation delays.
