A Very Important Message from Exus Shutters

As you are likely aware, the country of China has been plagued with a deadly virus, called the Coronavirus. This has affected one part of the country of China, but not all of the country.

We want to make you aware of important facts.

1. Sumo Window Decorating Company, which is our factory, located in Anji, China will open on February 2^nd, 2020 as planned following the conclusion of the Chinese New Year Celebration and Holiday. Factory drawings will begin to be sent for approval as early as February 3^rd. Keep in mind that it will take up to three weeks for our factory to return to full capacity and normal operation due to certain travel restrictions that have been implemented by the Chinese government. 
2. The Coronavirus cannot be transferred on solid surface objects for any longer than a 24 hour period after being in direct contact with a carrier of the virus.  This information has been provided by the U.S. Center for Disease Control. 
3. We anticipate that the first containers following the Chinese New Year closing will start shipping by February 10^th. According to the information furnished by the Chinese Government, the ports will be closed through February 9^th, but will be processing containers following this date. 

This is the information that we have as of this moment. We have been in contact with our factory each night and are happy to furnish the above information.
