Thanksgiving

• Orders for standard shutters¹ in standard paint colors placed with Exus on or before October 4th^{2 3} will have an ETA to our Dallas facility of 11/21/2019⁴.
• Orders for special shutters¹ placed with Exus on or before September 30th^{2 3} will have an ETA to our Dallas facility of 11/21/2019⁴.

Christmas

• Orders for standard shutters¹ in standard paint colors placed with Exus on or before November 1st^{2 3} will have an ETA to our Dallas facility of 12/18/2019⁴.
• Orders for special shutters¹ in standard paint colors placed with Exus on or before October 28th^{2 3} will have an ETA to our Dallas facility of 12/18/2019⁴.

Important Notes:

1. Special shutters include, but may not be limited to Arch at top shutters, French Door shutters, Special shape shutters, Track shutters, Stain shutters, Ideal Tilt shutters, Custom paint shutters, Custom stain shutters.  
2. Orders must be entered, approved, and deposits placed and posted on or before the cutoff dates listed above.
3. Drawings (if required) must be approved a minimum of 1 day prior to the cutoff date.
4. Exus does not guarantee delivery of orders placed by the cutoff dates listed. Exus will not be responsible for any incidental, consequential, or monetary damages as a result of orders not being received by the ETA dates listed. Exus will not be responsible for any delays caused by shipping delays, freight delays, ocean cargo delays, dock delays, or local transportation delays.
