I would like to introduce myself to our customers that may not know me. I`m the President and owner of Exus Shutters. Recently Exus has had some changes in how we handle our business. Please understand we have been making some modifications to help provide a better-quality product along with our service.

 I would like this letter to serve as assurance to our customers. First as stated in a previous email, Exus Shutters has partnered with a large fabricator in China. This is due to the land that our original factory, Sumo Decorating was sitting on having become rezoned for consumer development. This happened during the summer of this year.

ISWELL Shutter has been a partner of Exus Shutters for several months now with great success. Our lead times have improved at Exus Shutters and most of our customers have positively commented on the quality of the shutters they have been receiving.

I know many of you are concerned about the future of Exus Shutters and how will the product be handled and serviced. ISWELL is now within a three-year buyout of Exus Shutters and will stand behind all products sold through Exus Shutters. Our current warranty will remain in effect with Iswells support.

You will find many of the same people in China still working for Exus through Iswell. Also, ISWELL owns an 150,000-square-feet facility to accommodate the growth in business and supply the quickest delivery from a China factory.

I hope this helps you understand Exus Shutters will continue to support our customers with the best product, quality, and service in the shutter business.
